RETURN POLICY

Returns and Exchange:

1.1. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from our butchery. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order for returns or exchanges. 

Eligibility:

2.1. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

- Purchase must have been made within prior 24 hours

- The item must be in its original packaging and condition.

    - Perishable items must be unopened and unused.

    - You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

Process for Returns and Exchanges:

3.1. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at +234-9091234570 or email redsandgreenslimited@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

3.2. Once you have received a RAN, please securely package the item(s) and include the RAN on the package.

3.3. Return the package to our butchery any of our office locations listed below. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of spoilt, damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds and Exchanges:

4.1. Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Refunds will be processed by bank transfer. 

4.2. Please allow 48 hours for the refund to be processed.

Exclusions:

5.1. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

   - Perishable items that have been opened or used.

   - Items that are not in their original packaging and condition.

   - Items returned without a valid RAN.

Spoilt or Incorrect Items:

6.1. If you receive spoilt, damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement, including return shipping costs.
